Western Racquet Club is seeking a part-time Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team for the 2025 winter season. This position offers the opportunity to work in a variety of club settings, including private events, theme parties, and portable/mobile bar setups.

Western Racquet Club is a family-friendly private club serving the Elm Grove and Brookfield communities. Our facilities include indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a newly renovated clubhouse, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a variety of dining and event spaces. We take pride in delivering exceptional service and providing a positive environment for both members and staff.
Position Highlights:
- Part-time, seasonal position to year-round.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
- Prior bartending experience A MUST (minimum 1 year).
- Must maintain a Responsible Beverage Server Certificate.
- Must be 18+ and certified to serve alcoholic beverages in Wisconsin.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Engage with members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed.
- Work independently or as part of a team depending on the event size.
